Love Culburra Beach Festival will benefit from a $10,000 grant to help support local defence families under the Australian Government’s Family Support Funding Program.

Member for Gilmore, Fiona Phillips said she was delighted to see local organisations receiving recognition and support for the work they do to help our defence community.

Funding under the program is available to community organisations to deliver support and services of value to Defence families and the community they live in.

“Here on the South Coast, we love our defence family, so I am thrilled that this grant will go towards strengthening their support and connection with each other and our local community,” Fiona Phillips said.

“The Love Culburra Beach Festival is a beloved local institution and I know so many people are looking forward to a bit of fun and frivolity at next year’s festival,” she said.
