Member for Gilmore, Fiona Phillips said she was thrilled to join with the local Gerringong Rotary Club at the Sea Vista Café this week to congratulate the club on its ongoing work in the local community.
Like many wonderful organisations across the South Coast, the Gerringong Rotary Club has been working hard to support the local community through one of our toughest years, Fiona Phillips said.
“I am always delighted to spend time with wonderful groups like rotary in our community,” Mrs Phillips said.
“It was lovely to have an opportunity to acknowledge the hard work and support Gerringong Rotary Club give to local people,” she said.
Mrs Phillips spoke with members about how she can help access funding for important local projects across the Gerringong area.
“I want to work with all our local organisations to make sure the South Coast gets its fair share of funding for the local projects that matter to our community There are so many fantastic programs out there, like the Stronger Communities Program which I am currently accepting Expressions of Interest for,” Fiona Phillips added
“If you know of a fantastic local project that you want to see get off the ground, I encourage you to contact my office to speak with my dedicated Grants Officer today,” she urged.
