Today I am announcing that 10 local schools will benefit from a share of $32 million in grants to upgrade school infrastructure and equipment.

The following South Coast schools will benefit from funding:

  • Mogo Public School
  • Bomaderry High School
  • Sanctuary Point Public School
  • Batemans Bay High School
  • Milton Public School
  • Shoalhaven Heads Public School
  • Terara Public School
  • Jamberoo Public School
  • Moruya Public School
  • Shoalhaven River College

The funding is part of a $250 million commitment to improve school infrastructure.

All schools across the country were invited to apply for the funding and projects were assessed by the Department of Education and selected based on need.

Schools were able to apply for grants of up to $25,000 to support much needed improvements to facilities and learning environments.

The Albanese Labor Government is delivering on our promise to invest in our schools and there is more to come.
